GT Products and GT Polymers showcased their full range of food-grade and packaging solutions at one of Bangalore’s largest industry exhibitions. Our team was responsible for designing, building, and executing a high-impact exhibition stall that reflected the brand’s innovation, quality, and scale. The result was a visually striking booth that generated heavy footfall, strong business inquiries, and exceptional brand recall.

Project Overview

The goal was to create a premium, open-layout exhibition stall for GT Products & GT Polymers that:

  • Highlighted their diverse product categories
  • Positioned them as a leading manufacturer in the FMCG packaging and food products space
  • Enabled smooth visitor flow and active interaction with sales teams
  • Delivered a modern visual identity aligned with the company’s rebranding

The final booth featured bright illuminated branding, neatly structured shelving, a high-visibility façade, and an inviting interior layout that made product discovery effortless.

Challenges

  • Multiple product categories needed to be showcased without overcrowding the visual space.
  • Limited floor area required smart space planning to accommodate product displays, storage, and meeting zones.
  • Brand consistency had to be maintained across GT Products and GT Polymers while keeping them individually recognizable.
  • High expected footfall demanded a layout that prevented congestion and allowed smooth navigation.
  • Setup deadlines were extremely tight, with only a few hours available for on-ground assembly.

Our Solutions

1. Intelligent Space Planning

We designed a dual-brand stall with shared structural components but distinct visual identities. The shelving layout ensured every product segment had dedicated space without overwhelming the visitor.

2. Premium Visual Design

Large illuminated signboards, warm lighting, and a white-and-red color palette elevated the brand image. The open-corner design attracted visitors from all sides of the hall.

3. Modular Display System

Adjustable shelves, concealed wiring, and structured product groupings helped showcase diverse SKUs clearly and professionally.

4. High-Efficiency Installation

A modular pre-fabricated stall system allowed us to complete the entire build-out within the short installation window, with zero compromises on finish quality.

5. Engagement-Driven Layout

The front-facing open counters, mid-aisle shelving, and subtle zoning encouraged visitors to walk in, explore, and interact with the team, increasing engagement time.
